Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of full-stack solutions using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) tailored to the health and fitness sector.
- Ensure impeccable code quality, system security, and scalability to handle global user traffic.
- Work collaboratively with a growing team of engineers, designers, and product managers to bring creative solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of growth and technical excellence.
- Proactively stay ahead of the curve with the latest technologies and industry trends to keep our platform innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of full-stack development experience, specializing in React and the MERN stack.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, high-traffic web applications.
- Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to perform under strict timelines.
- Prior experience in the health and fitness tech sector is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with inspiration and clarity.
