1. Develop and Implement HR Strategy
• Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and goals in collaboration with the Korean HR Lead.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
2. Recruitment and Selection
• Develop and execute strategic plans for recruiting top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process and conduct interviews.
3. Performance Management
• Operate performance evaluation systems.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
4. Management of rewards and benefits
• Design and operation of compensation and benefits programs.
• Pay and performance bonus management.
5. Employee Relations and Organizational Culture
• Plan and implement programs to foster a positive organizational culture.
• Manage conflicts and provide employee counseling.
6. Legal Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations.
• Manage and report HR records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of HR management experience, with significant IT sector experience.
• Proven track record in senior HR roles, demonstrating leadership and strategic HR planning.
Experience:
• Extensive experience in leading and managing HR teams.
• Proficient in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, talent, and performance management.
• Experience in driving employee engagement and development programs.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills:
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire the HR team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Compliance Management: Knowledge of compliance management and risk mitigation in HR.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluent in Korean
• Previous experience in employer branding and talent marketing, showcasing the ability to promote the company’s unique culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
• Strong networking skills and an established industry network, can facilitate access to passive candidates and enhance the company’s employer brand.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data and metrics, allowing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
• Experience in conducting talent market research and competitive analysis, enabling the identification of talent trends and best practices to gain a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
