As a Senior Product Designer / UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and refining the user experience across our client’s digital platforms. You will work closely with our product management and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 5 years of product design experience in SaaS, software, fitness, tech, and health products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of their products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Working hours: 40 hrs a week, 5 Days a week, semi-fixed working hours- Flexible.

Salary: 175K NPR – 335K NPR

Key Responsibilities:● Design and iterate on UI/UX features for our digital products, ensuring they align
with our brand and meet our users’ needs.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate

high-fidelity designs for new product features.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

● Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● Strong Knowledge & Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
● 3-5+ years of experience in Product Design & UI/UX design, particularly in digital products.
● Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and user-centered
design solutions.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
