Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer to lead the creation and optimization of our client’s web presence. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with strong technical skills, capable of designing innovative and user-friendly websites that align with their brand and business goals.

Work Type: Onsite (9 am-5 pm, 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of responsive, visually appealing, and user-centered websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing, and product managers, to translate project requirements into compelling web designs.
  • Ensure website design aligns with the company’s brand identity, aesthetics, and strategic goals.
  • Optimize websites for mobile and other platforms, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with web design trends, tools, and technologies to propose cutting-edge design solutions.
  • Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance user experience and increase website engagement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and maintain design consistency across projects.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented and function as intended.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and performance optimization is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce web design.
  • Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus.
