Job Description
We are seeking an SEO Specialist to develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both technical and on-page SEO, and able to manage a variety of SEO tools.
Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu ( Hybrid after some months.)

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive website SEO audits and develop short-term and long-term organic growth strategies.
- Troubleshoot SEO issues using tools like SEMrush, Moz, Agency Analytics, etc.
- Optimize site structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness in collaboration with developers.
- Create and optimize meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking strategies for enhanced search engine visibility.
- Manage and optimize WordPress and other CMS-based websites to ensure they are SEO-friendly and technically sound.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals; collaborate with content creators for quality and relevance.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis, identifying market-defining keywords.
Optimize site maps, metadata, URLs, and keyword theming. - Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console; provide regular reports.
- Execute link-building strategies and engage in blogging, citations, and outreach for high-quality backlinks.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong track record of driving results.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Agency Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms, including customization and optimization for SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
