Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content Coordinator to join our client’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn according to our established content pillars. This role requires a blend of copywriting skills and creative design abilities using the provided templates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our content pillars for various social media platforms.
Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Utilise provided templates to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
2. Content Scheduling and Posting:
Plan and schedule social media posts using scheduling tools to ensure a consistent and timely presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Monitor post-performance and engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that support overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills; proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and trends in social media.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing.
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social media content.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on engaging social media content.
