  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Coordinate with Creative Strategists & BDCS Managers to prepare and implement social media strategies & marketing campaigns for clients to align with their business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit & plan content ideas & coordinate with the design team to oversee their execution.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Scheduling & optimizing paid ad campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications


Key Skills

Strategy planning: You will need to understand the big picture.  How search, content and social media all work together. You will need to outline goals, define your target audience and know what platforms will help you scale your efforts. As social media marketing is complicated you will need the right tools to do “social at scale” and automate.


Community Management: Social media is about creating, observing and responding to conversations within your brand community. Understand Social Media: The social media executive needs to know what content works and what doesn’t on social networks.
