Job Description

we’re looking for a forward-thinking Social Media Manager to elevate our storytelling and connect with our audience on a deeper level. Your mission will be to not only manage our client’s presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms but also to actively collaborate with the marketing team to craft innovative strategies that enhance our client’s brand and marketing effectiveness. From transforming long-form content into engaging social posts to creating spontaneous, behind-the-scenes content, your efforts will make our brand more relatable and accessible to our client’s audience.

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies that significantly increase our brand visibility and engagement.
  • Convert in-depth content into digestible, engaging social media posts suitable for each platform, engaging our audience with our brand’s core messages.
  • Innovate in real-time content creation, bringing our audience closer with behind-the-scenes looks and spontaneous brand moments.
  • Drive the growth of our organic social presence, tailoring content to effectively reach and resonate with our target demographic.
  • Analyse performance data to continually refine and improve our social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies that go beyond social media, enhancing our overall brand presence and market impact.
  • Keep on top of the latest social media trends and technologies, ensuring our company remains a step ahead in the social media game.


  • A proven track record in social media management and audience growth across multiple platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to fit various platforms and audience segments.
  • Expertise in SEO, content discoverability, and virality strategies.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills, with experience in leading collaborative projects and strategic planning sessions.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset, always on the lookout for new ways to engage audiences and amplify our brand.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (CEFR C1 Advanced – https://www.efset.org/cefr/c1/ level or equivalent), capable of articulating complex strategies and insights.
