Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.

Location: Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party services.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Follow best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and architectural decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in .NET development.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and .NET Framework.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
