Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of MEV bots on Solana and other blockchain platforms.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for trading strategies including arbitrage, front-running, back-running, and sandwich attacks.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of smart contracts.
• Analyze and leverage blockchain data to maximize MEV opportunities.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of the bots and associated infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and IT specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEV solutions within existing systems.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and MEV strategies.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Blockchain Expertise:

– In-depth knowledge of Solana’s architecture, consensus mechanism, and programming languages (Rust, Solana Program Library).

– Experience with other blockchains like Ethereum (Solidity), Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot.

– Proficiency in cross-chain communication protocols and bridges.

MEV Knowledge:

– Comprehensive understanding of MEV concepts and searcher ecosystems.

Smart Contract Development:

– Advanced skills in writing, deploying, and auditing smart contracts.

– Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, and other relevant languages.

Programming and Algorithm Design:

– Strong programming skills in Rust, Solidity, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
