Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should act as a pivotal person on gathering business requirement, analyze them, transform them into technical requirement.

 

Our client is a fintech company which is a leading provider of digital payment solutions in Nepal, revolutionizing the way individuals and businesses manage their finances with a team size exceeding 100 professionals. With a mission to simplify financial transactions and promote financial inclusion, they offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its customers.

 

The recruitment process is managed by the TalentSathi team (Sister Venture of InternSathi for recruitment), ensuring a thorough and fair selection process. 

 

Working hours: 

  • 9:30am -5:30pm (Friday till 3pm only)
  • 45 min lunch break

Responsibilities

  • Carry on regular sprints in project management tools like Jira, make follow proper scrum methodologies to the team and align release cycle to the management team.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users – Own and develop relationships with internal and external clients, work with them to optimize and enhance the system
  • Data gathering, driving conflict/issue resolution and managing the communication of status of significant business process issues.
  • Documents existing business processes and proposes innovative improvements.
  • Develops a clear definition and acceptance criteria for each of the features to ensure the business requirements will be addressed.
  • Design, create, and document process flows, technical requirements list, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and/or models for the development team.
  • Assists with documentation and prioritization of the business value associated with the business requirements.
  • Carry out system integration test with developers
  • Conduct user acceptance tests.
  • Define configuration specification and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and data modeling
  • Experience in technical writing or documentation of software requirements and system architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • High proficiency in database technologies and SQL with programming experience in Java, Python, or other high-level programming languages
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise and web applications, and knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and API Design
  • Should have clear concept about financial transaction workflow.
