Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead Manager (TLM) with at least 5 years of
expertise in JavaScript and its frameworks. This role combines technical leadership with team
management to drive high-quality software solutions and align technical efforts with company goals.

 

Work mode: Onsite, 9-6 pm, Sunday to Thursday
Location: Patan dhoka, Lalitpur

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using modern JavaScript
frameworks (e.g ., React, Node.js).
– Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
– Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
– Plan and deliver projects within deadlines, managing risks and resolving technical challenges.
– Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

 

Required Skills:
– At least 5 years of experience in software development with JavaScript (ES6+, React, Node.js, etc.).
– Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
– Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.

Preferred Skills:
– Familiarity with TypeScript, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
