Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager with a strong background in reward systems and offerwalls to drive high-budget campaigns and optimize monetization strategies across web, app, and programmatic advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple ad platforms and delivering measurable growth for mobile games, focusing on user acquisition, LTV optimization, and monetization.

Responsibilities:
- Management of high-budget campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Proven success in driving installs and optimizing user LTV in mobile games through offerwall placements.
- Experience in DSPs like Unity, Liftoff, Chartboost, and Tapjoy, ensuring effective campaign optimization.
- Implementation of MMPs like singular, event tracking, and deep data analysis using Mixpanel.
- Media Buying & Campaign Management
- Publisher Monetization
Requirements:
- Expertise in managing monetization for mobile games, focusing on reward-based systems.
- Experience with app-ads.txt and mediation tools (e.g., IronSource) for optimized ad revenue.
- Skilled in fraud detection and viewability optimization using tools like WhiteOps and Moat.
- Ad Operations
- Solid technical experience in ad operations, including offerwall integration, waterfall setup, and tag management.
- Proficient with platforms like Cedato, LKQD, and SpringServe for maximizing ad revenue.
