Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web-based applications and mobile apps.
– Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
– Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to meet project deadlines.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring a smooth user experience and visually appealing design.
– Utilize Jira for task management and tracking progress to meet deadlines efficiently.
– Develop design assets and UI components using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
– Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the design team.
– Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to help them grow their skills and careers.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
– 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
– Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
– Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with web and mobile applications.
– Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
– Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Ambition to grow as a designer and take on leadership roles in the future.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
– Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
– Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
– Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing.
– Experience in leading or mentoring other designers is a plus.
