Job Description
We are looking for a talented Web Writer to join our expanding team to win new accounts and retain existing partners. The successful candidate will manage the ITT submission process from end-to-end, working on opportunities across APAC and UK markets. This involves sourcing and researching opportunities, collaboratively developing responses alongside our specialist global teams, and producing high-quality written work to powerfully communicate our expertise.
The ideal candidate may have a computer science or programming background as well as a postgraduate degree from an international university.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:
● Write new business and retention bid submissions, creating and proofing
your work to an excellent standard to develop winning proposals
● Analyse opportunities and bid materials, build cohesive structures and
determine the overall plan of action ahead of the writing stage
● Combine your own research with the knowledge of our senior team,
keeping up-to-date with trends in the education and technology markets
● Leverage our digital and creative expertise to craft proposals to the
highest level
● Produce a delivery schedule to coordinate workflow, meet deadlines and
handle multiple bids
● Seek feedback on completed proposals to continuously refine your
process
● Follow policies and procedures when compiling and submitting final
documentation.
Requirements:
● Proposal writing skills: Ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling bid documents that include technical descriptions tailored to web development projects. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal
communication skills are crucial.
● Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies:Understanding of how web-based applications work and how they are developed is essential
● Cybersecurity knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, web security protocols, and best practices to ensure that security considerations are effectively integrated into the proposals.
● Experience in bid writing: Demonstrated experience in writing bids for web development projects, including detailed responses to RFPs that address technical requirements and project goals.
● Content development: Skilled in developing and maintaining content that addresses client requirements, with a focus on web development and related technical fields. Ability to revise and improve existing content to meet specific bid requirements.
● Project coordination: Experience in leading and coordinating the bid response process, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of standard answers and templates, and enhancing the quality and
efficiency of bid submissions
● CMS systems proficiency: Knowledge of popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Ability to articulate the benefits and technical considerations of different CMS systems in a bid context
● Excellent written communication skills: creative and strategic thinking is beneficial
