Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Webinar Support Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and logistical support for webinars,
ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for both presenters and attendees. You will work
closely with event organizers, presenters, and attendees to address technical issues, troubleshoot
problems, and ensure the successful execution of virtual events.
Location: Patan Dhoka, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time technical support during webinars, including troubleshooting audio, video, and
connectivity issues.
• Assist presenters in setting up and testing equipment, software, and presentation materials prior
to the webinar.
• Monitor webinar sessions to ensure smooth operations, handling any technical issues promptly.
• Respond to attendee inquiries and resolve technical issues related to joining the webinar,
audio/video quality, and presentation access.
• Ensure webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, GoToWebinar, etc.) are properly configured for each
event.
• Maintain communication with event organizers to provide updates and address any lastminute
changes or challenges.
• Coordinate the setup, testing, and monitoring of webinars, ensuring all necessary materials are
available and accessible.
• Prepare and distribute post-webinar reports, including attendance, technical issues, and feedback.
• Stay up to date with webinar technologies and tools to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience providing technical support for webinars or virtual events.
• Strong knowledge of webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing excellent attendee experiences
