Job Description for Flutter Internship at Okay Journey
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new market opportunities and inform business strategies.
- Utilize various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and content creation, to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, analyzing key performance metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Running or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing roles is preferred but not required.
