Job Description:
WiseAdmit is seeking a Communication Associate to join our team. As a Communication Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying leads for sales and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Report on sales activities and results regularly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Working Hours: 6 Hours a Day
