Role Overview:

The  Sales and Marketing(intern) at WiseAdmit will be a key member in qualifying general leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) for the business. S/he is responsible for managing incoming messages and comments on various social media platforms. They will need to engage with customers in a professional and timely manner, while also maintaining the brand’s voice and image. It could be through written or verbal communication.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Monitor incoming messages and comments on social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback via direct messages/ calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products/services
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by customers and provide satisfactory resolutions
  • Swiftly implement the sales and marketing team’s respective supervisor’s  strategies for different goals
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary

Working hours:
9 a.m- 5: p.m. (on site)

10,000 per month.


  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred( final year).
