Role Overview:
The Sales and Marketing(intern) at WiseAdmit will be a key member in qualifying general leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) for the business. S/he is responsible for managing incoming messages and comments on various social media platforms. They will need to engage with customers in a professional and timely manner, while also maintaining the brand’s voice and image. It could be through written or verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Monitor incoming messages and comments on social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback via direct messages/ calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products/services
- Address any concerns or issues raised by customers and provide satisfactory resolutions
- Swiftly implement the sales and marketing team’s respective supervisor’s strategies for different goals
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
Working hours:
9 a.m- 5: p.m. (on site)
Salary/Stipend:
10,000 per month.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Attention to detail is crucial
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred( final year).
