Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of .NET applications, providing technical guidance to junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

 

Our client is a fintech company which is a leading provider of digital payment solutions in Nepal, revolutionizing the way individuals and businesses manage their finances with a team size exceeding 100 professionals. With a mission to simplify financial transactions and promote financial inclusion, they offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its customers.

 

The recruitment process is managed by the TalentSathi team (Sister Venture of InternSathi for recruitment), ensuring a thorough and fair selection process. 

 

Location: Bhaktapur (Work from office/ On-site)

Working hours: 

  • 9:30am -5:30pm (Friday till 3pm only)
  • 45 min lunch break

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications.
  • Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, and recommend best practices for implementation.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
