Junior Customer Support Representative in Putalisadak, Kathmandu at IT Ecommerce & Showroom

Location: Putalisadak, Opposite Sunrise Bank, Kathmandu, Nepal

Experience: Minimum of 6 months

Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000

Job Description 

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer support via various channels, including email, chat, and phone for ecommerce product and store page inquiry.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and Ecommerce concepts.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
