Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Support Executive to join their team. Our client stands as a prominent figure in the IT services sector, specializing in software development and web solutions with a team size exceeding 50 professionals. Their suite of products includes Academic ERP, Hospital ERP, Accounting Solutions and management systems.

Job Description:

  • Provide high-level support and advice to company executives and another Client
  • Implementation of software
  • Following to ensure Module completion and satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policy
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates, including security patches, to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Monitor and report on system usage and activity, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions
  • Coordinate with internal and other departments to resolve complex technical problems
  • Train Junior executives and clients on new technology and systems as needed
  • Handle sensitive information and data discreetly and in accordance with company policy
  • Escalate issues to senior IT staff or management as necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Develop Strategies for better results in Customer Satisfaction
  • Perform Research and Analyses to Understand Requirements

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Most know accounting knowledge or must be familiar with accounting software such as tally,S wastik or any other.
  • IT or Engineering the background will be an added advantage
  • Language Fluency is must
  • The capacity to work well within a team
  • Logical thinking
  • Good communication skills with problem elocution on simple language
  • Service oriented keeping customer first
  • Sharp Technical Knowledge and soft communication skills

Education
Should be BBS, BBA, BIM

Experience
Min. 2-3 years in relevant field
