Job Description

Customer Support Part-Time Remote Internship in Kathmandu at InternSathi

Internsathi is a leading platform that connects students with top companies for internship opportunities. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Intern.

The Customer Support Intern will work closely with the Customer Support team to provide outstanding service to our student users and company partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with the creation and improvement of customer support materials and knowledge base articles
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service

Working Hours: 12PM-4PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Work Type: Remote Work

This is a part-time internship opportunity with a fixed schedule. Interns will receive training and support from the Customer Support team and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
