Job Description
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the functionality and performance of our software products.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product owners to clarify and ensure that requirements are well-defined and testable.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identify defects, and meticulously track them to resolution.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and testing tools to enhance efficiency and coverage of test scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve product quality and reliability through continuous testing and feedback.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing valuable insights on quality and testability to enhance the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices, and integrate them into the QA process.
Salary: 30K-50K

- Bachelor’s Completed or Running or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies and tools, including manual and automated testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript to understand the application’s underlying architecture and efficiently develop automated tests.
- Sound knowledge of software development processes and experience working with Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration within the development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and uncover hard-to-find bugs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and convey testing results and findings clearly.
