Sales Internship in Kathmandu at InternSathi

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and business development. You will work closely with our sales team, learning about sales processes, customer relationship management, and effective communication techniques. This internship is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about sales and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Description 

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers through research and prospecting.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Participate in sales meetings and observe customer interactions to learn effective sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in managing customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Support the sales team in tracking sales activities, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports.
  • Attend sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.

Qualification for Sales Intern

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Food and travel allowance will be provided. (if travel is required for work)
