Job Description
Social Media Manager Internship at Dainik Mandu
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers about products and services
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team as needed
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention by actively listening to customer feedback
- Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product and service offerings and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to learn and grow your skills
Salary / Stipend
10,000-15,000/-
Qualification for {Position Name}
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Familiarity with customer service software and technologies is a plus
Working Hours: 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, 11 PM-7 AM
Working Days:6 Days a Week
Working Location – Remote Work _ Work from Home
