We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Content Creator Trainee. As a trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to hone your content creation skills and gain hands-on experience in crafting engaging and impactful content for our brand.

Job Description 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Create high-quality and compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, and promotional materials.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
• Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media channels to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Work closely with the design team to enhance content with visually appealing elements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Salary / Stipend

Trainee Period Salary: NPR 7,000 per month Starting Salary

(Upon Successful Completion of Training): NPR 15,000 per month (with the potential for increase based on performance)

Qualification for Content Creator Trainee

• Strong command of the English and Nepali languages, with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Creativity and a passion for crafting compelling stories and content that resonates with the target audience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives in content creation and ideation.
