Job Description for Customer Support at Karobar App

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of their issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of the company’s products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in Customer Relation Management

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision on a daily basis
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software

Salary / Stipend

Monthly Payment as per the negotiation.
