We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Trainee. As a trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role of a Customer Support Representative.

Job Description 

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating the Karobar App, resolving inquiries, and addressing any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Salary / Stipend

Trainee Period Salary: NPR 7,000 per month Starting Salary

(Upon Successful Completion of Training): NPR 15,000 and above per month

Female candidates are preferred.

Qualification for Customer Support Trainee & Internship

  • Strong communication skills in English and Nepali, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in resolving customer issues.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
